**Salesforce Architect** Pune Contract Hybrid --- **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, establish best practices, and guide technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role will be responsible for leading Salesforce development teams and providing technical guidance. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements. - Define application architecture, integration patterns, data models, security models, and governance frameworks. - Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs. - Drive platform optimization and architecture reviews. - Lead Salesforce development teams and provide technical guidance. - Establish coding standards, development best practices, and deployment processes. - Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices. - Mentor developers, administrators, and technical leads. - Design integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Middleware, and external systems. - Define data migration and data governance strategies. - Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance requirements are met. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and leadership teams. --- **Requirements** - Have 10+ years of experience in CRM/Enterprise Application Development. - Have 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with strong experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. - Be a Salesforce Certified Application Architect. - Be a Salesforce Certified System Architect. - Be a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. - Be a Salesforce Certified Integration Architect. - Be a Salesforce Certified Data Architect. - Be a Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist. --- **Good to Have** - Have Agile/Scrum delivery experience. - Have experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. - Have AWS/Azure integration experience. .
