As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet client needs
- Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, and custom objects
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on Salesforce best practices
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use Salesforce
- Perform data migration and integration tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and features and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement custom solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and solutions implemented for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly preferred
- Robust understanding of Salesforce best practices and experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects
