Role Description
The Salesforce Technical Architect is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing scalable Salesforce architectures that align with client business requirements, including configuration, custom development, integration, and data strategies. The architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions, define best practices, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include creating solution and integration designs, reviewing code and configuration, guiding implementation teams, ensuring performance and security, and supporting deployment and release management. The role also involves mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, and staying current with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce configuration and customization.
