01Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
- Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver features and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Assist in platform monitoring, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to security, data modeling, and governance standards.
- Document technical solutions and provide post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 67 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Solid command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration patterns.
- Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with multi-org environments and org strategy.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery models.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security design, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience in financial services, especially pensions or wealth management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
Education:
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Work Model:
Hybrid working model 3 days/week from office (subject to policy changes). .
