Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver features and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Assist in platform monitoring, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to security, data modeling, and governance standards.
Document technical solutions and provide post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Experience:
67 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration patterns.
Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with multi-org environments and org strategy.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery models.
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security design, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
Experience in financial services, especially pensions or wealth management.
Familiarity with Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
Education:
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Work Model
Hybrid working model 3 days/week from office (subject to policy changes). .
