01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, especially in Experience Cloud (Communities) and Agentforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Required Skills Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
Proven expertise in Agentforce implementations.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builders, validation rules).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX is a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud is a bonus.
Knowledge of security and sharing models in Salesforce.
