**Salesforce Enterprise Architect** Other Contract Remote --- **About the Role** The Enterprise Architect will provide strategic technology and architecture leadership for the Patient Journey Optimization engagement, assessing the current technology landscape and defining future-state architecture considerations. This role will identify opportunities for automation, AI, workflow orchestration, data integration, and digital enablement. The architect will work to enable patient conversion and re-engagement improvements, supporting the future-state solution blueprint and transformation roadmap. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Assess the current-state application, data, process, and integration landscape supporting patient acquisition and engagement journeys. - Analyze technology capabilities, data availability, and operational workflows to identify gaps impacting patient conversion and re-engagement. - Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and consultants to align technology recommendations with business objectives. - Define future-state architectural concepts supporting patient journey optimization, workflow automation, AI enablement, analytics, and digital experiences. - Identify high-level integration, data, platform, and process considerations required to support recommended business capabilities. - Evaluate architecture options, technology dependencies, implementation risks, and feasibility of proposed transformation initiatives. - Support development of the future-state solution blueprint and prioritized transformation roadmap. - Provide architecture guidance during stakeholder reviews and executive presentations. - Document architecture principles, technology recommendations, and strategic capability requirements. --- **Requirements** - Design enterprise architectures involving CRM, customer engagement, data, analytics, and workflow platforms. - Facilitate architecture assessments and translate business needs into technology strategies. - Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate, and present effectively. - Have a strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, data architecture, and cloud technologies. - Possess 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Strategy. --- **Good to Have** - Experience in healthcare, MedTech, patient services, or customer experience transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of AI/ML, workflow automation, customer engagement platforms, data platforms, and digital experience technologies. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent. - Experience creating transformation roadmaps and future-state architecture blueprints. --- **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work on Patient Journey Optimization engagement. - Strategic technology and architecture leadership role. - Flexible general shift timing. - Immediate start date. - Project duration of 3-6 months, extendable. .
