JD - Salesforce QA with AcceIQ
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
- Create and maintain automation suites using AccelQ for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
- Review requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure complete test coverage.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices and automation adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test automation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years testing Salesforce applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, service and experience Cloud.
- Expertise in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation platform.
- Experience testing Salesforce customizations, Lightning Experience, Flows, Apex, and integrations.
- Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. .
