Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Sales Cloud expert to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect and lead for our Sales Cloud ecosystem, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing teams, and global IT partners, to streamline lead-to-cash processes and optimize pipeline management. Your work will directly influence our revenue operations, ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the data-driven insights and automated workflows necessary to drive business growth and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust Sales Cloud solutions that automate complex sales processes to improve operational efficiency for the global sales team.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment, to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Manage data integrity and security protocols within the Salesforce environment to provide stakeholders with reliable, actionable analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices to maintain a high-performance, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous support for business-critical sales operations.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into technical specifications, communicating effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to solve complex architectural challenges in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Chennai.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering collaborative relationships across diverse global teams to achieve project milestones.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs, with a proactive approach to learning new Salesforce features and industry-standard methodologies. .
