As a Salesforce Service Cloud +Agentforce - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful Salesforce implementations.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Responsibilities
Analyzing complex business requirements to develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Implementing technology integration strategies to enhance client service capabilitiesLead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across LWC, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based backend logic. Managing systems project management tasks to support Salesforce Service Cloud implementations Developing training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization Utilizing Salesforce Lightning to customize and optimize client solutions Conducting business process modeling to align technology solutions with client objectives Providing technical consultation to guide clients in Salesforce Service Cloud adoption Collaborating with teams to innovate and implement emerging technologies Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline business operations Engaging in project budgeting to manage resources effectively and meet project goals
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree At least 4 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities Embracing change and adapting to emerging technologies Implementing technology solutions to optimize business processes .
