We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and strong exposure to private equity and fund lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based platforms supporting investor onboarding, capital operations, compliance management, relationship management, and fund servicing across the private equity ecosystem.
This role requires solid architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within financial services, asset management, or private equity environments
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of Salesforce FSC capabilities, including:
- Relationship Groups and Householding for LP structures
- Lead and Referral Management for GP/LP acquisition workflows
- Financial Accounts and Holdings management
- Opportunity Qualification across private equity segments
- Life Events and Business Milestones automation
- Interaction Summaries and Activity Capture
- Investor onboarding and KYC workflows aligned with compliance requirements
Align Salesforce platform capabilities with the complete lifecycle of:
- Capital raising
- Investor onboarding
- Deal servicing
- Distribution management
- Fund servicing operations
Architectural Ownership
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and business units.
- Define scalable, compliant, and extensible enterprise architecture strategies.
- Collaborate with global technical teams on:
- Data modeling
- Integration architecture
- Component design
- Enterprise integration patterns
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce platform limits, governance standards, and future scalability initiatives including Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI .
