Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Shahjahanpur. The Sales professional will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and distributors, promoting RCPL products, and ensuring proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability. Day-to-day activities include achieving sales targets, executing promotional plans, tracking orders, managing collections, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. The role also involves gathering market and competitor insights, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams for timely supply and execution. The Sales professional is expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in field sales, retail engagement, and distributor relationship management.Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, persuasive communication, and customer service.Candidates should possess skills in basic data analysis, sales reporting, and use of MS Excel or sales-related digital tools.Candidates should possess skills in territory planning, route optimization, and time management.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field.Prior experience in FMCG sales or consumer products is highly beneficial.Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Comfort with local travel within Shahjahanpur and familiarity with the local market is preferred. .
