Role Description This is a full time, in office Salesperson role based in Bokaro. The Salesperson will identify and engage potential clients, explain Choices investment and wealth management offerings, and assist customers in selecting suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting in-person meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to process client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing ongoing support to promote long-term customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also stay updated on market trends and company products to offer informed guidance to clients and help achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Solid sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building trust-based client relationships.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation and active listening in face-to-face interactions.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products such as equities, mutual funds, insurance, and lending solutions .
