Skill: SAP - ABAP, FICO, BASIS, SECURITY/GRC, EWM, MDG, BI/ANALYTICS, PP/QM
Must have minimum 3+ years of experience
Ability to write detailed technical designs
Ability to speak to functional consultant and understand the business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers across the globe
At least 2 implementation or rollout experience
SAP Certifications
Ability to learn the niche skills and upskill in short time
Leadership qualities and valuable communication skills
Ability to provide trainings
Valuable understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices from both ECC and HANA
Ability to work in AGILE way
Ability to create product backlogs, estimate user stories and do sprint plannings
