Role & Responsibilities for Developer & Sr Developer role.
1) ABAP on HANA Engineering
Design and develop ABAP solutions optimized for SAP HANA using pushdown principles (minimize data movement, maximize in database processing).
Build efficient data models and access patterns using CDS views, associations, annotations, and authorization concepts.
Implement performance critical logic using AMDP / SQLScript where appropriate, with careful governance and testing.
2) Modern ABAP Development & Clean Design
Develop modular, testable, and maintainable ABAP code aligned to clean architecture practices and enterprise SDLC.
Build services and APIs using modern paradigms (OData/service exposure patterns), ensuring stability, versioning, and contract-first behavior.
Apply secure coding standards and authorization checks consistently across data and service layers.
Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Work on SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA development.
Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and database procedures.
Work with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, and other SAP integration technologies.
Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, unit testing, and issue resolution. .
