Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable application solutions. Lead and manage team performance, driving accountability and excellence. Make informed technical decisions in collaboration with multiple teams.
