ABAP HR Technical Consultant Position: ABAP HR Technical Consultant Experience: 3-6 years Location: Delhi/Noida Job Summary: As an ABAP HR Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support to clients using the SAP HCM (Human Resources) module. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing solutions within the SAP HCM module, developing ABAP programs, scripts, and reports, and providing ongoing technical support to customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the successful implementation of SAP HCM solutions. RequirementsSolution Design: Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions within the SAP HCM module. ABAP Development: Develop ABAP programs, scripts, and reports to meet customer requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation for ABAP developments. Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing and troubleshoot existing ABAP systems to ensure optimal performance. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to the customer base. Customer Relationship: Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Technology Awareness: Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and SAP HCM best practices. Team Collaboration: Assist in training and mentoring other team members as required. Qualifications 3-6 years of relevant experience in developing solutions within the SAP HR module. Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Expertise in ABAP programming, scripts, and reports. Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field. .
