SAP APM specialist/ SAP Commissions Consultant (Hyderabad)

Job Title: SAP Commissions Consultant/SAP APM Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a skilled SAP Commissions Consultant/SAP APM Specialist to design, implement, and support performance management solutions for agent-based organizations. The candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP APM modules, managing incentive compensation processes, and improving business visibility into agent productivity and performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Implementation & Configuration - Configure and implement SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions solutions. - Design compensation plans, incentive structures, and performance metrics. - Customize workflows, rules, and calculations based on business requirements. 2. Business Requirement Analysis - Work with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance) to gather business requirements. - Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Recommend best practices for incentive compensation design. 3. Support & Maintenance - Provide ongoing support for SAP APM applications. - Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance. - Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements. - Ensure system compliance with organizational policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Solid experience in SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions. - Knowledge of incentive compensation management (ICM) processes. - Experience with SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools. - Experience in Groovy Script Functional Skills - Knowledge of sales compensation plans and commission structures. - Understanding of finance, payroll, and HR processes. - Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Experience Requirements - 38 years of experience in SAP APM / SAP Commissions or similar tools. - Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project preferred. - Insurance Industry is advantageous. Education - B.Tech - SAP certification in APM/Commissions is preferred. .
