Your Role: Serve as the SAP CAR Lead/SME, driving solution design, implementation, and support for SAP Customer Activity Repository applications. Lead business requirement workshops and configure SAP CAR modules including POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), and Inventory Visibility. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the retail landscape. Provide leadership in testing, issue resolution, performance optimization, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile: 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CAR and Retail industry processes. Hands-on experience in SAP CAR components such as POSDTA, OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability), Inventory Visibility, UDF, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ERP. Proven experience in solution architecture, data modeling, system integrations, and end-to-end retail transformation projects. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading global implementations and support engagements.
