As a SAP CI & FI-CA Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming business processes through innovative SAP Finance solutions. Responsibilities Leading SAP Finance transformation projects, focusing on SAP CI & FI-CA modules Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client support in SAP implementations Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards Guiding teams in financial budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance to optimize financial processes Developing and implementing business process improvements to enhance financial management Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic financial insights Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making Embracing change and promoting innovation within financial systems and processes What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 9+ years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills Managing financial reporting and regulatory compliance effectively Excelling in business process improvement and strategic questioning Embracing change and fostering innovation in financial systems .
