Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution. He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the go live.
They are known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between the competitors.
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
Adapt and prepare the technical environment advising on what products are the most appropriate depending on the requirements of the customerSolve complex problems related to the technical environment of the applicationShare and extrapolate his/her knowledge between different clients / work teams to optimize the service providedCollaborates and provides suggestions for the improvement of the service both at the specific customer level, providing added value, and at the level of euHReka platform in the areas of expertise that they work.
