Your Role
Account Delivery & Leadership
Manage SAP S/4 Large Transformation Programs including Greenfield Implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield S/4 Conversions, and Global S/4 Rollouts
Drive revenue, profitability, and capability growth KPIs
Manage client relationships and all aspects of engagement delivery
Consult and guide clients on SAP transformation initiatives
Build strategic client partnerships leveraging SAP delivery success
Demonstrate strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Build and develop SAP S/4 talent across domains and capabilities
Drive upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives
Attract and hire talent through multiple sourcing channels and networks
Your Profile
Must have managed global SAP Transformation Programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end
Strong functional or technical SAP background
Experience working in client-facing roles
Ability to engage clients throughout S/4 conversion programs
Experience interacting with CXO-level stakeholders and steering committees
Ability to build and lead global program teams
Experience delivering SAP programs using Agile methodologies
Ability to steer and provide direction to large transformation programs
Strong people leadership experience
