Job Title : SAP EWM Consultant - Extended Warehouse Management Experience: 10+ Years Contract Duration: 3 Months Work Location: Philippines Onsite for 6 Weeks, followed by Remote Travel: International travel to Philippines required Travel & Accommodation: All expenses covered by the company/client Employment Type: Contract Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with 10+ years of overall SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM warehouse processes , particularly Inbound and Outbound Operations . The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and supporting SAP EWM solutions, configuring warehouse processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and working closely with business and technical teams. The role requires strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and the ability to work onsite in the Philippines for the initial 6 weeks. We re hiring for one of the top IT services companies. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise and consulting support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Analyze, design, configure and support end-to-end SAP EWM warehouse processes. Strongly support and optimize Inbound and Outbound Warehouse Operations. Configure and support Inbound processes, including: Inbound Delivery Goods Receipt Deconsolidation Putaway Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order creation Handling Units (HU) Stock placement and storage processes Configure and support Outbound processes, including: Outbound Delivery Wave Management Picking Packing Staging Loading Goods Issue Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order processing Work on Physical Inventory, stock movements, replenishment and internal warehouse processes. Configure and support Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Storage Bins and Activity Areas. Work with Warehouse Orders, Warehouse Tasks, Queues and Resource Management. Support Handling Unit Management, packing specifications and packing processes. Configure and support Warehouse Process Types (WPT) and determination logic. Work on Process-Oriented Storage Control (POSC) and Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC) where applicable. Configure and support Wave Management and picking strategies. Handle warehouse-related integrations between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA / ECC. Troubleshoot integration and process issues involving deliveries, inventory, warehouse tasks and goods movements. Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions. Participate in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing and deployment activities. Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces and forms. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT and support business users during implementation and deployment. Provide knowledge transfer and user support to warehouse and business teams. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
