SAP Functional Consultant - Plant Maintenance & Customer Service

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP PM/CS implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. - Conduct fit-gap analysis, business workshops, and blueprinting sessions. - Configure SAP PM and CS modules, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, notifications, work order management, service orders, warranties, service contracts, and billing. - Drive integration with MM, SD, FI, and PP modules. - Support data migration, testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities. - Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration initiatives. - Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and problem management. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes. - Manage ticket lifecycle and SLA adherence in line with ITIL processes. - Analyse and optimise Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and service execution processes. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications (FS) and solution design. - Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments. - Demonstrate exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) processes, including technician scheduling, dispatching, and integration with external FSM solutions. - Manage service order execution, spare parts management, returns, and reverse logistics. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Customer Service (CS). - Good understanding of end-to-end maintenance and service lifecycle processes and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA (HANA-based systems). - Strong integration exposure with MM, SD, and FI modules. - Minimum 12 end-to-end SAP implementation/rollout projects. - Strong experience in AMS/support environments (L2/L3). - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP certification in PM or CS modules. - Exposure to S/4HANA migration or RISE programs. - Knowledge of ITIL-based support models. - Experience in integration with FSM tools (ServiceMax / equivalent). .
