Description We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as SAP-HRMS professionals. In this role, you will assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP HRMS, supporting the HR department in managing employee data and HR processes. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP HRMS modules. Support end-users in using the SAP HRMS system effectively. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide solutions using SAP HRMS. Conduct training sessions for employees on SAP HRMS functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HRMS modules. Skills and Qualifications Understanding of HR processes and best practices. Basic knowledge of SAP HRMS modules and functionalities. Familiarity with database management and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
