Sap Pm Functional Consultant

Role Summary

The Sap Eam Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Sap Enterprise Asset Management solutions to enable effective maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and operational reliability for enterprise clients. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead and support Sap Eam implementations and rollouts across maintenance and asset-intensive industries.
• Gather and analyse business requirements related to:
  • Asset Master Data
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Breakdown Maintenance
  • Refurbishment and Shutdown Management
• Configure Sap Eam components, including:
  • Technical Objects (Equipment and Functional Locations)
  • Maintenance Plans and Task Lists
  • Notifications and Work Orders
  • Measuring Points and Counters
• Support end-to-end maintenance processes from notification through order settlement.
• Work closely with Sap Mm, Sap Fi, Sap Pm, and Sap Ps teams for:
  • Spare parts management
  • Cost tracking and settlement
  • Capitalisation and depreciation of assets
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with Abap teams for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support Uat, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements.
