SAP Principal Consultant EHSM (Workplace Safety)

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Principal Consultant specializing in Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHSM) with a focus on Workplace Safety. The candidate will lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA-based EHSM solutions using Fiori applications and integrated workflows to meet safety regulations, incident reporting standards, and enterprise risk management objectives.

EHSM Implementation and Configuration Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EHSM modules including: Workplace Safety and Health Occupational Health Chemical Management Industrial Hygiene and Sampling Incident Management Safety Observations and Near Miss Reporting EHS Audit Management Permit to Work and Work Clearance Management of Change (MoC) Environmental Management (Waste, Emissions, Compliance) Fiori and Analytical App Enablement Configure and deploy standard SAP Fiori and analytical apps for risk reporting, task execution, audit monitoring, and compliance management.: Integration with Core SAP Modules Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as: Business Partner Personnel Administration Time Management Organizational Management Plant Maintenance Materials Management Accounting Master Data and Task Management Setup and maintain master data including location setup, task calendars, roles, and compliance monitoring structures Client Engagement and Project Leadership Conduct requirement gathering sessions, design workshops, and end-user training. Collaborate with client stakeholders including safety officers, compliance managers, and IT administrators. Lead deployment on QGTC and QSTS systems, including testing, go-live support, and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Information Technology. SAP EHSM or EHS certification is preferred. Technical Skills : In-depth experience in SAP EHSM implementation on S/4HANA platforms. Strong configuration knowledge of EHSM sub-modules including risk assessment, incident logging, MoC, chemical safety, and environmental compliance. logging, MoC, chemical safety, and environmental compliance.
