**SAP RISE Functional Consultant - FICO** Pune Contract Remote --- **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled SAP RISE Functional Consultant to analyze and optimize Finance and Controlling processes, gather business requirements, and configure SAP S/4HANA FI and CO. The role involves collaborating with technical teams, executing unit testing, and providing post-go-live support. Success in this role means ensuring compliance with financial controls and delivering high-quality results. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze and optimize Finance and Controlling processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO best practices - Gather and translate business requirements across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes - Configure SAP S/4HANA FI and CO within a RISE Private Cloud environment, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Controlling - Support profitability analysis, cost and profit center accounting, and internal order management - Enable financial integration with SD, MM, EWM, and TM, including pricing, billing, goods movements, and settlement impacts - Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documentation aligned with SAP Activate methodology - Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW specifications, reporting, and integrations - Execute unit testing and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities - Provide post-go-live L2/L3 functional support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis - Support period-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting --- **Requirements** - Experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO configuration - Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes - Understanding of Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology - Experience with RICEFW specifications, reporting, and integrations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate with technical teams --- **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work on SAP S/4HANA FI and CO projects - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional growth and development opportunities .
