Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD S/4HANA Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP S/4HANA solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP SD workstreams, driving solution design, managing client stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support programs.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
Lead SAP SD workstream in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, and AMS engagements.
Conduct business process workshops and gather requirements.
Design scalable and efficient SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements.
Drive Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
Own end-to-end OTC process design and delivery.

Hands-on configuration experience in:

Pricing & Condition Technique
Output Determination
Availability Check (ATP/aATP)
Credit Management
Shipping & Transportation
Billing & Invoicing

Third-Party & Drop Shipment

Rebate & Settlement Management
Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
Prepare Functional Specifications and guide ABAP development teams.
Manage SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
Support data migration and business transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Interact with business users, process owners, and leadership teams.
Conduct solution demos and steering committee discussions.
Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore teams.
Act as trusted advisor to clients on SAP SD best practices.
Required Experience
Core SAP Skills
6-15 years of SAP SD experience.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, with at least 1 S/4HANA project.
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration experience.
Experience in support, enhancements, rollouts, and transformation projects.
S/4HANA Expertise
Business Partner Approach.
SAP Fiori Apps.
Output Management.
SAP Activate Methodology.
S/4HANA Migration/Conversion Projects.
Advanced ATP (aATP).
Embedded Analytics exposure. .
