Your Role - Job Role
As a SAP EC Timeoff Consultant, you will :
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Support integrations between EC Time Off and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
Your Profile - Skills Required :
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.Hands-on experience with business rules configuration.Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).Understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects.
