As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF - Payroll, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our Advisory practice.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

Responsibilities
Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to changes
Upholding professional and technical standards while maintaining the firm's code of conduct
Utilizing project management skills to oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements
Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
Excelling in strategic human resource planning and talent management
Leveraging workforce analytics for informed decision-making
