Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP SRM modules including **Shopping Cart, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Self-Service** -Handle **incident management, service requests, and defect resolution** within SLAs - Perform **basic to moderate configuration** in SRM modules as per business requirements - Assist in **end-to-end procurement process** implementation and enhancements - Participate in **testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)** and deployment activities -Analyze business requirements and prepare **functional specifications (FS)** - Coordinate with **ABAP/technical teams** for development and enhancements -Support **SRM-MDM/Backend ECC integration** scenarios - Prepare user documentation and provide **end-user support/training** ##**Educational Qualification** - Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce / MBA (Operations preferred)
