We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors PMGM & Succession Consultant with strong implementation and configuration experience across Performance Management, Succession, and Development modules.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure Performance Management, Succession & Development modules end-to-end
Design performance forms, goal plans, calibration sessions, and succession models
Work on competency frameworks, career development plans, and talent pools
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align HR processes with system capabilities
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and system optimization
Requirements
Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in PMGM including Succession & Development
Strong understanding of performance cycles, talent review, and succession planning
Hands-on configuration experience across full functionalities
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills .
