We are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors with EC & Payroll & RCM Experience: 5+ Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days We are looking for 'Configured and supported SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including Taiwan payroll schema/rules, wage types, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities. Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement payroll solutions, and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations. Managed integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and third-party systems, ensuring accurate employee and payroll data flow. Performed payroll testing, defect resolution, audits, and production support while driving process improvements and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance. .
