01Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (SD) implementations and
enhancementsblueprint, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and postproduction support.
- Conduct fit-gap and functional workshops, gather business requirements, document and
design solution blueprint.
- Configure SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, credit
management, and integration with MM and FI.
- Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with developers for
enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support
defect resolution.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, create user manuals, and facilitate knowledge
transfer.
- Assist with data migration, cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and best practices in SAP solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support in production systems and resolve functional issues promptly.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of SAP experience with S/4HANA implementations in Order to Cash (SD).
- Hands-on configuration experience in SD processes including pricing, billing, and credit
management.
- Robust abilities in gap analysis, workshop facilitation, functional specs, and integration
across SD, MM, and FI.
- Proven delivery experience in full-cycle S/4HANA projects, with at least two end-to-end
implementations.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and global teamwork.
Desired
- SAP S/4HANA or Fiori certification.
- Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology.
- Knowledge of advanced pricing, rebate processing, and credit management .
