Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via Voice, Email, and Chat.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow quality standards.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass
- Freshers Can Apply
- Malayalam Language Proficiency is Mandatory
- Positive Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary
- 20,000 - 22,000 In-Hand
- 25,000 CTC
Shift Details
- Male Candidates: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Female Candidates: Day Rotational Shift (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
