Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
- Lead and manage teaching faculty within the department or school

Faculty Management & Development
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and support teachers
- Conduct performance reviews and classroom observations

Curriculum & Assessment
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and periodic review
- Ensure proper assessment methods, examinations, and grading systems
- Maintain academic calendars and instructional schedules
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with school management, principals, and administrators
- Facilitate collaboration among departments and faculty members
- Communicate academic policies to staff, students, and parents
Resource & Time Management
- Allocate teaching loads and manage faculty schedules
- Recommend teaching resources, textbooks, and learning materials
