Key ResponsibilitiesnnLogistics u0026 Secure ShippingManage domestic and international dispatches using secure, specialized logistics providers (e.g., Malca-Amit, Brinks, Ferrari, BVC, FedEx).Coordinate shipment pickups, track transit times, and proactively resolve delivery delays.Pack and verify high-value shipments for security, accuracy, and insurance compliance.EXIM u0026 DocumentationPrepare and process all export/import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.Ensure proper filing and retention of shipping documents to comply with customs and duty regulations.Coordinate with finance and banking teams for Letter of Credit (LC) transactions and export proceeds.Inventory Control u0026 Stock ReconciliationMaintain 100% real-time inventory accuracy across diamond grading, manufacturing, and retail.Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve any inventory discrepancies.Create inward and outward operations workflows within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).Vendor u0026 Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with internal teamssales, accounts, merchandising, and productionto ensure seamless order fulfillment.Manage relationships with shipping carriers and negotiate competitive freight terms.Qualifications u0026 RequirementsnnEducation: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience: 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain, with mandatory experience in the diamond/gemstone/jewelry industry.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with diamond terminology, grading (GIA/IGI), and sourcing platforms (e.g., Rapnet, Nivoda, VDB) is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Soft Skills: High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills when handling high-value insured shipments.Exp.-2 to 10 Years . .
