- Job Title:- Scrum Master / Agile Master- Experience:- 6+ Years- Location:- Hyderabad - About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master / Agile Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, servant leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster Agile best practices, remove impediments, and enable teams to deliver business value efficiently.- Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.- Remove impediments and proactively address risks that impact team delivery.- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritised product backlog.- Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile KPIs to improve team performance.- Promote collaboration among development, QA, Product Management, DevOps, and business stakeholders.- Drive Agile maturity by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.- Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams.- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning.- Ensure adherence to Agile governance while maintaining delivery efficiency.- Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programmes where applicable.- Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Master.- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams.- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption and transformation.- Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.- Ability to analyse Agile metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Preferred Qualifications- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.- Experience working in Agile transformation initiatives.- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development lifecycle.- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or View email address on hirist.com.- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects is an advantage.- Technical Environment- Jira- Confluence- Azure DevOps- Microsoft Teams- Miro/Mural- Git- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)- Soft Skills- Strong leadership and servant leadership mindset- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Influencing and coaching abilities- Stakeholder management- Conflict resolution- Adaptability and resilience- Continuous improvement mindset- Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.- Relevant Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred.- What We Offer- Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Agile transformation programmes.- Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.- Learning and certification support.- Career growth and leadership opportunities.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
