Job Description
- Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
- Working closely with the Product Owner - accepting completed tasks and prioritizing planned work.
- Ensuring the sprint deliveries are undertaken in line with the business
- Facilitating Scrum events
- Providing guidance on Scrum process
- Helping with continuous improvement (making sure retrospective action points are implemented)
- Building and maintaining good working relationship with all the team members
- Basic technical knowledge about Software and Software delivery process.
- Primary Skill
- Project management skills and experience in Agile environment
- At least 2-year experience as a SM
- Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience in working with remote teams outside of EU, positive communication skills (verbal, written)
- Capable to work on daily basis in English
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills (ability to explain complex ideas)
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Prior working experience of financial services is preferred but not required
- Coaching skills
- Scrum master certificate would be a plus
- Secondary Skill
- Experienced with more than one of the following or all from below:
Postman, Jenkins, Ansible, Micro Services architecture, Agile Dev Ops, Java based .
