Description This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 550000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 5.5-20 LPA) Experience: 4+ yrs Location: Telangana Job Type: full-time We are looking for a SecOps Analyst to strengthen enterprise security operations and help maintain a proactive security posture across infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoints, and SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone with robust experience in security operations, incident response, SIEM monitoring, and identity management who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating security threats while continuously improving detection capabilities, automation workflows, and operational security processes. The role requires a hands-on skilled who combines technical expertise with analytical thinking to secure enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and user environments effectively. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Lead incident response activities including investigation, containment, remediation, and recovery of security incidents - Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools while developing and improving detection rules and alerts - Design and implement security automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and response times - Manage enterprise identity and access management systems with a focus on user lifecycle management and access governance - Strengthen cloud security controls and ensure secure configuration across enterprise environments - Oversee device management policies and endpoint security practices across the organization - Conduct SaaS security audits, access reviews, and configuration assessments for enterprise applications - Perform threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and breach simulation exercises to proactively identify security risks - Develop and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and incident response procedures - Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and IT teams to implement enterprise security best practices - Support continuous improvement initiatives across security monitoring, governance, and operational resilience What Makes You a Great Fit - Strong hands-on experience in Security Operations and enterprise incident response - Expertise working with SIEM platforms, threat monitoring, and security event analysis - Experience in identity and access management, especially enterprise authentication and user lifecycle processes - Knowledge of security automation using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and enterprise infrastructure protection - Experience managing endpoint security, device management, and SaaS security governance - Familiarity with threat hunting, vulnerability management, and attack simulation methodologies - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in high-growth environments .
