Sector Lead - Wealth Operations/Wealth Management -14+ Years - Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Operations leader with strong expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wealth Credit, Transaction Management, and operational transformation. The role will involve leading strategic client engagements, managing large teams, driving governance and delivery excellence, and identifying opportunities for account growth and business transformation.

Responsibilities
Leading strategic client engagements across Wealth Operations, Wealth Credit, Transaction Management, and transformation programs.
Managing engagement governance across staffing, capacity planning, financial management, billing, delivery reviews, risk management, and client escalations.
Overseeing Wealth Credit and Transaction Management workstreams while ensuring SLA, quality, control, and regulatory requirements are being met.
Driving workforce planning, team development, process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partnering with senior client stakeholders and sales teams to identifygrowth opportunities, support RFPs, develop solutions, and strengthen strategic relationships.
Requirements
Possessing 14+ years of experience in Wealth Operations, Wealth Credit, Transaction Management, or Credit Lifecycle Management within leading financial institutions.
Demonstrating strong expertise in Wealth Management / Private Banking lending, including complex secured and bespoke credit products.
Having hands-on experience in commercial underwriting, financial statement analysis, deal closing, facility setup, covenant monitoring, and collateral monitoring.
Demonstrating exposure to Commercial Real Estate, Securities-Based Lending, Insurance Premium Financing, and other specialized lending products.
Possessing proven experience in large client engagement management, global stakeholder management, workforce planning, governance, transformation, and account growth.
