01Overview
To assist the Security Head in the overall security of Personnel, materials, machines, installations and all assets of KIMS hospital and its associated buildings.
Assist the Security Head in designing, updating, and executing emergency evacuation plans and crisis management protocols.
Ensure that the premises and personnel byproperly monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
Conduct of internal investigations when necessary, providing courteous service, managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate the performance of in office security guards.Ensure that all security staff renders their service with a focus on customer/ patient centricity by ensuring the safety & security of guest, staff, visitors & contractors at all the times.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Develop and maintains a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and panic / duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional.
Prepare duty Schedules for security supervisors and the Security Guards and implement them strictly.
Assess and supervise any security arrangements.
Serve as a primary first responder to security incidents and emergencies
Ensuring uninterrupted security manpower at designated points.
Lead initial investigations into security infractions, theft, property damage, or policy violations.
Organize training for security guards and supervisors
Participate in and co-ordinate the security response to emergency calls.
Draft detailed, objective incident reports and present findings to the Security Manager with recommended corrective actions
Maintain accurate security logs, visitor management records, and compliance documentation.
To ensure Hospital Safety in coordination with safety officer.
Regularly Audit premises and building for the matters relating to Security & Safety.
Maintain a positive public relation with local, state and other regulatory authorities
Command and control the security staff at all times ensuring all work is conducted safely, in line with directives set by the KIMS Management.
Guide and manage all ASOs, Security Supervisors and Security guards for the smooth implementation of orders as directed by the DGM /Deputy Manager
Any other duties and tasks assigned by the management from time to time .
