Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada any one language is mandatory.
Basic English and Tamil preferred.
No sales or marketing.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls.
Register and resolve customer complaints.
Coordinate with service engineers.
Follow up on service requests.
Maintain customer and service records.
