Our architects lead the design and governance of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations that drive measurable revenue growth, customer retention, and operational agility.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead technical architecture for end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft, LWC) from discovery to deployment and CI/CD governance.Design and document scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns and Salesforce Einstein AI integrations.Own solution design reviews, technical debt mitigation, and performance optimization for large-scale orgs (10M+ records).Architect integrations with ERP, Marketing Cloud, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft Anypoint.Mentor junior architects and developers; enforce Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, and DevOps hygiene (SFDX, Git, CI/CD).Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical blueprints while maintaining compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
