Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with country and cross-functional teams to define account strategies, identify opportunities, and drive business expansion within assigned accounts
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for customers' technology and business teams, building and strengthening strategic partnerships across all organizational levels
- Work at the most senior levels within accounts to implement broad strategies that earn customer acceptance and drive service adoption
- Coordinate with all appropriate AWS resources to advance customer interests
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that meet and exceed goals and targets
- Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services that resonate with customer business objectives
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
- Work with partners to extend reach and accelerate adoption
- Recruit and develop new customer references that showcase successful outcomes
Qualifications Required
- 4+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Knowledge of at least one relevant technology domain area (e.g., compute, hardware, network, software, big data, security, etc.)
- Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
- Experience giving skills and communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across different functions
- 12+ years of experience in account management with enterprise accounts in the BFSI space
