Key Responsibiliti - esManage and grow relationships with existing SI client
s.Develop and maintain strong connections with client POCs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.Generate new business opportunities within assigned accounts.Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timelines.Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and strengthen business relationships.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality service.Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions when required.Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.Prepare account reports, business forecasts, and pipeline updates for managemen t.
