Bandi Informatics is hiring ONE exceptional Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA to lead accounting across our growing US-based operations. We are looking for a precision-driven finance professional who can take ownership of accounting across multiple US entities and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role. The OpportunityThis is more than a bookkeeping position. We are seeking an experienced CA/CPA with strong US accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ambition to build a long-term career with our organization. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping in QuickBooks across multiple US entities Accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing & insurance-claim receivables Bank, credit-card & inter-company reconciliations Construction job costing & real-estate project cost tracking Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS reporting Entity-wise and consolidated financial reporting Budgeting, variance analysis & profitability reporting Coordination with our US CPA firm on tax filings, 1099s & compliance Maintaining clean, accurate and audit-ready books Must-Have Requirements Non-Negotiable CA (ICAI) or CPA qualified from a top-tier college/institute Outstanding academic record at or near gold-medalist level Distinction in Accounting and Mathematics is mandatory Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience Expert-level QuickBooks proficiency Online and/or Desktop; will be tested Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-error mindset Smart, alert, analytical, organized and quick-thinking Excellent spoken and written English Pleasant, professional and collaborative personality Three professional references mandatory and subject to verification Ambitious, dependable and interested in a long-term career What We Offer Full-time, permanent Work From Home position in India Opportunity to work with a growing organization supporting US-based operations Exposure to US accounting, construction finance & real estate investment Clear career progression toward Controller / Head of Finance Merit-based compensation and performance increments Must be available to overlap with US Eastern Time working hours How to ApplySend your CV, academic mark sheets/transcripts, and three professional references to: Subject: CA/CPA Application (Your Name) Only candidates who meet ALL of the above requirements will be considered.
