01Overview
The Senior Accountant Corporate Accounts will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end corporate accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role requires strong expertise in general ledger accounting, statutory compliance, month-end closures, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting management decision-making, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Corporate Accounting & Financial
Operations
Manage end-to-end corporate accounting
activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and account
reconciliations
Ensure accurate and timely monthly,
quarterly, and annual book closures
Maintain proper accounting records in line
with applicable accounting standards
Review and control accounting entries
posted by junior team members
Statutory, Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory
requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
Prepare and review statutory returns,
challans, and reconciliations
Coordinate with consultants for tax
filings, assessments, and notices
Ensure timely closure of statutory audits
and internal audits
Reporting & Financial Analysis
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports,
and management dashboards
Analyze variances, trends, and key
financial metrics to support business decisions
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and
cash-flow planning activities
Audit & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for statutory
auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants
Support audit processes by providing
schedules, explanations, and documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to
resolve accounting and compliance matters
Process Improvement & Controls
Strengthen internal controls and ensure
adherence to financial policies and SOPs
Identify and implement process improvements
to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support automation initiatives within
accounting and finance operations
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting,
or Finance
5+ years of relevant experience in
corporate accounting or finance operations
Strong hands-on experience with general
ledger accounting and statutory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, services, or
manufacturing organizations
Hands-on exposure to ERP / accounting
systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) .
