Job Description: Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in finalization of accounts and regulatory compliance, preferably from the financial services, stock broking, or NBFC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts and finalization of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, deferred tax, and MAT compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities (ROC, SEBI, Income Tax).
- Prepare CMA data and support banking requirements.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- CA Intermediate qualified/ Inter CA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in Stock Broking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Capital Market is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; TechExcel knowledge is an added advantage. .
